Begin the application process by completing the form on this website. This initial step ensures that your application is uniquely identified and tracked throughout the process.

You will receive our detailed, step-by-step process guide. This will provide a clear understanding of what to expect during the application process, helping you prepare accordingly.

Following an initial welcome meeting, our team will share with you the standards document. This document outlines the specific criteria and benchmarks your platform must meet to achieve the desired rating.

Conduct an internal evaluation of your platform against our standards. This self-assessment will help you identify areas that align with our requirements and those that may need improvement.

Submit your completed self-assessment and any required documentation for an external review by our team of experts. Our experts will conduct a review of the documentation you submitted and score the application.  For every application we will have a minimum of 3 (three) experts conducting each application. This step ensures an unbiased evaluation of your platform.

After the external review, you will receive summary feedback from the experts which will highlight any areas that need further information or feedback from you to justify refinement of the scoring to address the rating.

Once all feedback has been addressed and your platform meets or exceeds the necessary standards, you will receive official approval for the rating.

Upon approval, your company will be authorized to use the safe online standards logo on your platform. This logo serves as a mark of quality and compliance with our standards.

The approval to use our logo will be valid for two years. We will inform you on how to use the rating logo. After this period, a renewal process will be required to maintain your rating and continued use of the logo.
